Workshop at Swiss Smart Government Day 2025

Startup Brings a Breath of Fresh Air to Digital Administration

At Swiss Smart Government Day 2025, we had the unique opportunity to present our startup and our vision of a modern, digital public administration to a high-profile audience. In an interactive workshop, we worked alongside representatives from public administration and leading system integrators to address the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in e-government.

Our presentation focused on the question of how administrative processes can be made more efficient, user-friendly, and future-proof. In doing so, we were not only able to share our perspective but also gain valuable insights from the practical experiences of our participants. The open exchange clearly demonstrated that the need for flexible, rapidly implementable solutions is greater than ever.

A highlight of the workshop was our pitch, in which we presented our low-code platform. We demonstrated how organizations can use it to develop, adapt, and deliver digital services faster—without relying on complex and lengthy development processes. Our approach: rethinking e-government—more agile, collaborative, and consistently user-centered.

The subsequent discussion was particularly engaging, as it explored specific use cases and integration possibilities with existing system landscapes. Together with the participants, we were able to develop initial ideas on how our platform could be applied in real-world administrative

The workshop confirmed once again that the digital transformation of public administration can only succeed through close collaboration between innovation drivers, technology partners, and public institutions. Winner EDTH Hackathon Zurich 2025

A major success for our startup: At the European Defense Tech Hackathon Zurich 2025, we impressed the jury and won first place. In front of representatives from leading organizations such as RUAG and the Federal Office for Defense Procurement (armasuisse), we presented our solution for modern defense requirements.

At the heart of our presentation was a realistic sensor-effector chain, which we used to demonstrate the concrete benefits of our software in the defense sector. We showed how data can be processed seamlessly, decisions accelerated, and systems efficiently interconnected.

With our low-code platform, we demonstrated in particular how interoperability between different systems can be established quickly and flexibly—a crucial factor in complex operational scenarios.

This win validates our approach to rethinking defense: modular, interoperable, and agile. We look forward to driving these innovations forward together with strong partners.

We are proud that our startup had the opportunity to exhibit at the Start Summit 2026 and, as one of the selected startups, represented the Canton of St. Gallen in the Alpine Area from an economic perspective.

The event gave us the opportunity to present our low-code platform to an international audience with two live demos and to receive valuable feedback. The intensive exchange with the startup ecosystem, experts, and partners was particularly enriching. Exciting discussions about trends, challenges, and opportunities opened up many new perspectives for us.

It was great to meet so many motivated startups again, share ideas, and inspire one another. Participating in the Start Summit reaffirms our path as an innovative startup and motivates us to actively help shape the digital transformation in government, defense, and beyond.

adminity for Sensor Integration - Innovation for NATO

As part of the 2026 European Defense Tech Hackathon (EDTH) in Munich, which took place alongside the MSC, we had the opportunity to present our startup and our concept for interoperable sensor integration using adminity.

The goal was to address one of NATO’s biggest challenges: the seamless networking and utilization of sensor data across different systems. Using our low-code platform, we demonstrated how interoperability can be efficiently implemented and how complex systems can be agilely interconnected.

Participating provided valuable insights, intensive discussions with experts, and confirmation that our solutions have the potential to significantly support modern defense operations.

Working Together to Strengthen Switzerland's Defense Capabilities

At the Swiss Army’s Militia Innovation Day 2025, we had the opportunity to present our startup to members of the armed forces and share our vision for modern defense solutions.

As part of a pitch, we used a realistic logistics scenario to demonstrate how our software can be applied in a military context. We showed how complex processes can be efficiently digitized, coordinated, and flexibly adapted, even under demanding conditions.

E-Collecting Hackathon - Swiss Federal Chancellery

Together for the Future of Democracy

At this year’s Federal Chancellery Hackathon, we had the unique opportunity to work alongside innosolv and Swiss Post on the implementation of E-Collecting: a digital approach designed to modernize the collection of signatures for political initiatives. The goal was to make democratic processes more efficient, transparent, and more accessible to all citizens.

In interdisciplinary teams comprising administrative experts, developers, and startup innovators, ideas were developed, concepts discussed, and initial realistic concepts created.

Particularly exciting was the collaboration with experienced partners such as innosolv and Swiss Post, who brought practical perspectives to the table and demonstrated how technological innovations can be seamlessly integrated into existing structures.

The hackathon once again demonstrated that true innovation in e-government can only succeed through close cooperation between startups, government agencies, and established companies. We are proud to have been part of this creative process and look forward to continuing to shape the future of e-collecting together.
